Interestingly I thought it was an earlier John Deacons piece?  Quite often found with a thistle cane and a made in Scotland thistle label, but possibly neither.

A PG&P poster (ownedbybear) suggested this paperweight may be made by Strathearn. I took a look through an on-line (Richard More Strathearn photos) site but didn't see one like this one. A couple were close but not exact matches.

Can anyone confirm or deny this ID?

Although this one has bubbles in it, this is the period I think it's from.

I've also seen a rose cane but not seen one myself with a standard cane, the ebay linked one does seem very similar to the original query though.

I just looked at the central cane again using my jewelers loupe & while I can not see a letter or any type of image because of the size of the cane, that cane does appear different than the other canes. All the other canes appear "full" where the center cane appears to have a "gap" between the "outside ring" & the "center post".

I know I am probably not using the correct terminology to describe the central cane, but hopefully you understand what I am trying to say.

Thank you again for all the assistance with this paperweight!!!!
