The punch butterdish is by Davidson, I own one complete with the base. It was featured in an exhibition of Davison's glass at Shipley Art Gallery in 1993 organised by Nick Dolan and is also in the catalogue.

The butter dish also appeared in the Silber and Flemming catalogue
It has a chain design around the based that is also echoed in other designs including the cat and dog butter dish.

Nope just Punch. I've always wondered if there was a matching jug given the amount of work it must've taken to make it and how they tend to reuse elements like that, but the Punch is quite delicate so it's probably quite unlikely.
