Hi

Can you ID this vase, it is 9 . 1/2 inches tall with a concave polished pontil mark. Amethyst in colour, thanks for all your help.

Modern, think furniture store - perhaps even Ikea.
 I believe they were made in India or in Poland, but could be Romania or one of the Baltic states too. The polished pontil mark means that the top rim was finished by a genuine glass maker, and indeed the quality is very decent.  I like the colour and the seedy structure.
