satin black glass bowl

id-help needed: nice shaped satin black glass bowl, handpainted white roulette decor. there has been a thick film of dirt on it so i think it is not new. framents of a paper label on the base. height 12,5cm and Ø 18,5cm.

Looks very much like a contemporary decoration article e.g. from http://www.ptmd.de/ or similar. They've been around for a while. I have a set of green and white marbled glass from them with stickers, and a matt black rectangular vase with gold decoration.
