Thought I would put this picture on of a one off paperweight by Linda Campbell, lampworker at Caithness. Linda joined Caithness on 9th February 1999so this is another one you can add to your Caithness artists section Frank. I enjoyed reading the history of Scottish Glass makers and would like to mention Harry McKay who started at Perthshire straight from School as Jack Allen's apprentice, he left to join J Glass and when that closed he joined Caithness soon after Allan Scott.

Thanks Dave,

Do you know the title, date and size please. Did you post two picture? Both links are the same.

The history has barely begun... next year I will get going on it.

Sorry Frank - I am a bit of a plonker in my spare time and put the same picture on twice ! Here is a side view of the weight showing flowers Linda sand blasted on. Made in 2003, this weight is called Island Fantasy and is 3" in diameter. Linda uses two L signature canes in her one off pieces, in this weight there is cane with a red L on a black background
