Hi Nick.

It was recorded last December, and I wanted at least £5K for the Bigaglia (not £10K, as they reported!).  I got 3 offers of £4K...and refused them all. I got the pleasure of telling Tamara Beckwith that I was not Father Christmas, in response to one of her offers, but they cut that from the final version (oddly enough). Less than a week after the program I sold the paperweight for £5,500....

Hi Alan,

Was flicking channels and half watching TV half on the Internet when suddenly you appeared on screen, totally unexpected, must admit I was surprised when they said you wanted 10K.

As you hadn't sold it I was going to offer £500 ;D

Nick

It's not signed mate so it's not worth much....they give dealers a bad name.

Well done for holding out for the price that you knew it to be worth.
