Petr Hora?
« on: August 10, 2013, 09:11:50 PM »
I have (what appears to me) the same vase in brown, and a larger one in blue. Both are signed to base, but this one listed here is not. http://www.ebay.com/itm/art-glass-vase-/321182378712?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4ac7f62ad8
The colors used are not familiar to me either. Is this a Hora vase? Thnx.

It could be a late Beranek version of the original Hora design. My take is that the colours and splatter effect spoil the original design, but I don't know what Hora would say.

I would check Princ on their site and Atelier Beranek, run by Jiri Beranek records too, both producers made very similar pieces after the loss of the Beranek factory.
