It looks like new production to me, and I don't recognise it as a Scandi shape. Only my opinion though.

Yes I'm sure you're both right - it only cost 20p so it's no problem either way. However, the fact that it was absolutely mingingly filthy when I bought it says an awful lot about the person I bought it from if it's new! yeuchhhh :?
