Czechoslavakian? glass vase

Can anyone identify this makers name of glass vase. I was told at an antique fair it was Swedish,but really not sure.

I have the same vase and it has ´France´ written on the base in raised letters. Haven´t managed to ID
the maker though...

As far as i am aware there are no markings on the base or anywhere else on the vase. So im still unsure of where it is from.
