Blue milk glass comport/tazza????

Most impressive piece of milk glass ive had a good size comport in the manner of victorian lead crystal, This has lead me to thinking it maybe by an english company?? It is 7" tall and 9" accross the rim the base is star cut and has plenty of wear. It has three mould marks so 3 piece mould. Any ideas on this piece??Thanks
