Thinking, based on the neatness of the weight Perthshire and the more pastel shades earlier? Perthshire. Does this sound about right  :)

I agree - Perthshire.  Which design number (PP1 or PP2) will depend on the diameter, the PP1 being larger at around 3 inch diameter. The absence of a tiny 'P' cane at the centre and the fire polished base mean it is pre-1978.
