Hi, your vase is Czech, I think this design stems from the 60s although it may have been a design that has been in production for a number of years. I can't remember the designer immediately, although sure someone will confirm this one shortly. Hope this helps a little.

Just to follow up, your vase was produced by Jizerske Sklo. I have also seen different colour versions of this design, some with Czech Republic stickers present, so appears to be a design that has been produced over quite a few years.
