The pattern was named by Bill Edwards. There is no Rd number. I have never bought a piece from the UK. 1/2 the pieces I have either bought (or bought from someone else who bought them) came from Australia, via eBay. I suspect this was either an export item from the UK to Australia, or it was made in Australia. I have seen the pattern in both blue pearline and primrose pearline. I have also seen the blue bowls that were drilled and used as part of a epergne or table decoration. The one I am thinking of was a figure of a girl in a rainstorm, and the bowl, facing upward, was used as an umbrella that the wind had caught and turned upward.
As you can see from the photos below, I have managed to collect 4 different shapes. All were made from different molds (the plates are NOT the bowls just flattened out). I have never found the name of the maker.
