Signed Murano paperweight
« on: October 05, 2013, 09:24:10 PM »
Looks like Lino (Tagliapietra) or Licio (Zanetti) not suggesting for a moment it's either they are the only 2 that spring to mind.
Thanks Chris

Hi.

Someone in Murano (and I don't think anyone is 100% certain who, but maybe Gino Seguso) made a series of 12 upright flower weights, signed Gino S with a very similar signature to yours.

Hi Chris

Here is the Gino S signature for comparison. (Photo is "doctored" to make the signature clearer. )

The series of 12 weights was called "Flowers of Enchantment" .

Hope this helps

Derek

Best regards

Derek
