I thought they were too good to be true when you put them on the board.!

I have been looking at venetian goblets since I got  a cenedese one after I visited their factory showrooms in Murano in August.

they never start at 99p!

I can't believe the book is going so high  -  thought the heat had gone out of Maltese glass.             I've a mint signed copy (Mark, not Michael)  which never use now, plus the price guide - bought from Mark when I was at the Cambridge Fair several years back............perhaps I should sell ;)

oh gosh jp - I wasn't being serious........I wouldn't know how to sell on ebay if you paid me.           But............if after tomorrow someone wants to discuss with me, I could be all ears. :)

I have good books from the C18 that aren't worth that. :o

Mark knows me well enough , many of the better pieces in his book  originated from my glass emporium , otherwise known as my shed  . is yours signed Joe Ninety   ?

John - in Surrey one doesn't have a shed...............one has a workshop, don't ya know.... ;)

Let me know how you do eventually - no point in me hanging on to mine if it's gathering dust.
