Help ID signed and marked paperweight Lizard Makers Mark

Help ID this paperweight? Hi this is a paperweight I haven't been able to ID..it has green purple pink and blue swirls and is singed on bottom what looks like Pt Bay y2k??? and is marked with a lizard? or perhaps a monkey? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

well it may be a frog...but it does seem to have a long tail..which is why I thought maybe a lizard or monkey.

It might help to know where you are based - UK, America, Australia? etc.
The only Bay I can think it might have come from here is perhaps Alum Bay glass.
A close up of the signature would also be of help.  It looks to me as though it could read A Batty 2K but I can't see the image properly.
