It is probably Ottoman, Arabian or other Islamic crown.  Can you work out the symbol in the uppermost crescent?  Do you have a view of the piece it is on? That will allow dating which would speed up the search.

Apart from Kingdoms there are caliphates and more. Each one tended to have their own crown, not handed down. So a good chance once you find the crown the letters possibly NH will match. Google images is one route but it will take a lot of searching. Possibly contacting Moser will prove a quicker route. Do let us know the outcome.

Wine decanter for a muslim ruler - somehow I don't think so.

Who else would have a crown topped with such symbols? Checking on the star ad crescent, it was only applied to Islam since 1950s.

Morocco has been making wine for hundreds of years. Would Berbers use the crescent.

"The heyday of Moroccan wine was the French colonial era. At its peak in the 1950s, the country had 55,000ha (hectares) of vineyards, producing 3 million hectolitres a year, mainly so-called vins médicins for beefing up anaemic French wines. At independence, Morocco

Turkey is one of the oldest wine-making countries and of course the symbols was that of the Ottomans.
