Val St Lambert? ID = VSL
« on: November 19, 2013, 03:42:00 AM »
It is very well done and heavy for its size. A shade under 10 inches tall x 3 inches wide and weighs almost 6Lbs. Member Anne Tique posted a pic of vases on another post that look very similar but shorter. Piece is unsigned but design is the same. Any help would be appreciated. Thnx

Yes that's cortect Alton, and yours is the same vase, Altena, but it comes in two sizes and your vase obviously, is the larger version. Pre 1970 productions were not always signed.

Sorry, i was a little optimistic about the date of production, it's registered  code RD 64 (stands for the artist) for 1972 and comes in two sizes, 20 cm and 25 cm, available in red and green.
