Hi Chris.

Mainly right! Murano yes, lampwork flowers, not quite - they are sections of a complex cane.  A am not sure which specific factory, I'm afraid, but I would date it to the 1960s - 1980s.

Not an overlay either.  The blue is just the outer layer of the flower cane.

I have an identical weight to your but they were made in other colours also with a double ring of canes instead of the one
