Hello there, no idea of age or maker, it's frosted glass with a polished base. some age wear to the base, 7 3/4 inches in height, 2 inches across the base regards Chris.

I believe this to be by  Reijmyre (Paul Kedelv) i have found a clear labeled example identical thanks to help on another Reijmyre piece.
