Maker for signed Murano block Aquarium

Piece stands 6 x 4 x 3 inches and weighs 5 lbs. 3 fish with seaweed on a cobalt base signed 366 Murano Italia? was hoping someone here recognized design or signature and could advise towards a maker. thnx
