Murano Sommerso Facetted Vase with Label featuring Cockerel

I recently purchased this facetted sommerso vase, and wondered if anyone had managed to ID the label? It is shown in the Label section of GlassGallery.

In addition, the outer of this vase is uranium glass and glows beautifully.

Any help much appreciated.
