large size flower paperweight. i have looked everywhere the only one i can see similar

It's a modern Chinese weight, the website you link to has had it on ebay for some time at the same sort of ridiculous prices described as English.

Stew, is that a white rabbit beneath the flower leaves?

Chinese work is well known with small animals / birds in a weight which has a lily type of flower. Creatures I have seen most often in Chinese flower weights are Butterflies, Bees, Frogs and what are possibly Geese (flying). The size of the animals make the flowers appear to be enormous!

thanks for looking and the info. yes it is a rabbit ( i think ) kevin. thought it might be Chinese but the base being sort of finished off threw me a curve ball that and the other web site.
there is always someone worse off .
