I can't answer for Adam, but he is a collector, I would imagine he want to keep it!

However, I have seen (and admired) this weight for sale in the Caithness Factory shop in Crieff.
(They still have a lot of the archived weights from old, which they do sell there.)
You might have some success in obtaining one directly from the shop.

It's a lovely place, I visit quite frequently. They are working incredibly hard to keep Caithness going.
