Red with Black Stripe Cased Chimney/Cylinder Vase

Hi all, does anyone recognise this piece ? It is 25cm in Height, weighs 785g and has a Ground and Polished concave pontil mark. The other pieces with it seemed to be older with more wear to the base. This and a couple more pieces has me stumped again. Help appreciated. Thanks
