It's just a "rose" - the flower for June in the floral year set: your weight is from the 1995 issue (not published anywhere to my knowledge).  A more "modern" version of the series was issued in 2000.

Only the January - Snowdrop is online on Scotland's Glass so far (although all 12 are in the queue on my hard disk).
