Possibly a nice piece of Bohemian glass. But the people who collect glass like to see the whole shape of a vase as the shape is interesting and could be significant,

with preferably a base shot too, then collectors of Bohemian glass will be better placed to comment,

Bit of a guess but maybe 1900 -1910 or thereabouts.
