Hi. Did anyone on GMB apart from me bid on the 'French paperweight' at Jefferys today (a rather clumsy bouquet on a spiral ground)? I concluded it was a poor example of an NEGC upright bouquet, as it appeared to be well off centre, and to have only 4 small buds around the central flower rather than the usual five. But it sold for a hammer price of £450.00. Was my ID wrong, or did someone think it was Pantin or something rare and French, perhaps?
