help with glass tankard/mug please?
« on: February 18, 2014, 11:37:28 PM »
Hello, wondering if anyone can help with ID of a glass tankard/mug? I have been trying to upload a pic of it but it won't upload. Basically, clear glass at the top half with a slight textured finish on the bottom half...It is 60's/70's looking with a stylised deer with antlers on one side & a square bodied bird on the other. An interesting point is that the handle does not join the body of the mug...it's a normal handle that is attached at the bottom but is just short of touching at the top part. The detail is raised on the surface rather than cut into the mug. Thank you.

how to resize photo's
1 open photo in paint
2 go to image at the top of the page
3 then resize/skew
4 change the horizontal and vertical to 12% ( might need more it depends on the size of the  original photo
 5 the go to file
6 then save as ( rename the photo this keeps the original and saves the new smaller photo )

Thank you Stew. Did have a go last night but couldn't get it small enough but have got a friend to sort it this morning so here's the pic. Any help gratefully appreciated. Kevin.
