Pappyuk:
Hi, can anyone help identify the glassware below please?

http://i4.tinypic.com/zx3daa.jpg
have just purchased this vase from eBay - listed as Whitefriars, ruby and white swirl vase. Is it Whitefriars, if not, does anyone know what it is? It measures 8 inches in height and 2.5 inches in circumference. Although the picture looks like it is tapering to the bottom it is in fact the same size top and bottom. It is encased.

I recently bought this off of eBay. It is extremely heavy? It measures just over 4.5 inches in circumference and is encased.

My nan gave me two of these glass tankards. Are they Whitefriars? If not, any idea what make they are? They measure 7 inches in height and taper upwards slightly, if you look at the photo you can see a large polished pontil.

Many thanks.

P.S.  Many thanks John for the tips.

vidrioguapo:
These have been posted on w/F.com and answers given.  The Red vase is definitly NOT whitefriars.  The tankards are not W.F and the bowl I cannot help with as photo not good enough...it could be but I am not certain.

Pappyuk:
Hi, someone suggested on the forums here that I place them on the Whitefriars website also.  The bowl has definitely been identified as WF, but no one seems to know what the others are, which is a shame.

Thanks   Karen

Frank:
It can take days, weeks and sometimes years.. but we do not give up often :-)

Pappyuk:
Cool, that's what I like to hear.  You are right though I only posted them on the forum today - must learn to be more patient (laughs).

Thanks Frank
