In times of austerity and deprivation, OBESITY is a luxury.
Pánek knew how to put music with his designs.

No more beautiful than the Oldřich Lípa sheet music, engraved on glass, for Moser.
* Ivan Chalupka collaborated in the writing of some passages.

This model of mythological cornucopia in glass became popular at the end of the XIX century. Those made in Bohemia were distinguished by their colorful enameled.
May this symbol cover us with gifts and prosperity for the new year 2019.

I do not know how many drawings are needed to finish this particular encyclopedia,
but today I am working on what will be the first in the series.

Alice Marešová-Smolková approaches the myth of genius.
Little, almost nothing (?), Is known about this young prodigy. We assume that your trajectory will be wider.
In our opinion these two designs for Škrdlovice are enough to lead Alice to the glory of Olympus.

When I was a child, I liked these crystal balls and they showed respect for their fragility.
My father had a gift shop where he sold Murano glass, Rosenthal GmbH tableware and other things, for Christmas he also sold these ornaments for the tree.
Now I understand that these balls were my first contact with Czech glass and that my father with his words and explanations was the person who made me appreciate the art of glass.
Today I remember him with affection.
