TANGO GLASS - Welz or Hosch or Rückl or Loetz...
« on: February 25, 2014, 09:03:30 PM »
Can you help me with this to identify the manufacturer. Thank you.

I know this:
country of origin: Bohemia / Czechoslovakia.
period: 1910 - 1925.
I'm not sure who the creator.
It may be the manufacturer: Franz Welz or Rückl or C. Hosch or Loetz.

The first two pictures are a little similar. It is little difference between them. I think they are different manufacturer.

Hi eribub, welcome to the Board.

Strictly, all ID requests should be posted initially in the general Glass forum, but given the likelihood of "bohemian" for these I will leave this one here for now.

However, please post separate threads for each item (or set of items) that may be different makers. Otherwise it gets very confusing if various replies are added for different items. Also, although it seems unlikely in this case, it could turn out that some items may be from a different country.

I'll try to accommodate. I use google translator. Therefore not all understand.
Perfume bottles are all "Bohemian". The metal parts are made in Czechoslovakia. I'm just sure of the manufacturer. According to the shape and colors of glass can be many assume. I hope someone has an old catalogs glass from Czechoslovakia and will be so kind and help me. I'm gonna show here in the Czech Republic (former Czechoslovakia). Therefore, looking for people who have more experience and advise me.

Your bottle marked 17 looks very like a Ruckl pattern, Coral Shimmy: http://www.flickr.com/photos/art-of-glass/7892384280/in/set-72157631316771530
