MURANO BOWL
« on: March 07, 2014, 03:06:57 AM »
Hello... I recently purchased this bowl, and it has a label that I've never seen.  I ran it by Anita at Fossilfly who is also unfamiliar with it.  I'm hoping a new set of eyes might help.  Any information on the label or the bowl will be appreciated.

Thank You
Rick

It could one of the many little Murano companies that came and went.  However, my guess would be that it's the label of an import company, so the label doesn't get you too much further forward.  It looks like a typical Murano piece, but my feeling with a piece like this is that maker doesn't really matter too much. It's nice, but not extraordinary.

Sorry not be more helpful.

Thank you David.  Yes, I agree the bowl is rather plain, but the label had me curious.  I appreciate the information.
