Mug from "TUDOR CRYSTAL" engraved by Jack Lloyd?
« on: March 07, 2014, 02:42:02 PM »
I was told this mug is very valuable but have had no success searching for information on it. The piece is beautiful, signed at bottom by J. Lloyd. 3 3/4" high by 3 5/8
" across. I believe it was purchased by my Grandfather at "The Old House" J.F. Wood proprietor, 47 High Street Kimber Stourbridge, Kinver 2985. Unfortunately this request is due to a death in family and any value if it exists is needed to pay against the estates debts. Thank you.

Jack Lloyd's work is both beautiful and desirable. Your mug certainly looks like his work. Very valuable is perhaps over optimistic. A picture of the signature might help to date it though.
