Perfume / Scent Bottle / Flask. ID = Murano

Found this piece, it's huge, almost 9" tall, and 4" diameter.

3 1/2 pounds.

The bottom ball is solid, only the applied top is hollow. It's basically a perfume bottle attached to a paperweight.

Anyone know if it's Scottish, or Murano. My gut says Murano.

Ok, jump in please. : )

Drefinitely Murano.

(Edited to make a correction about the "cogginess" of the canes)

Canes are quite "coggy", as often seen in mid to later 20th century items. But maybe it could be early 20th century.

But I think it is a rather strange (although perhaps simplified) way of completing the item, with a hollow neck attached to a solid base!
