can you change the pixel setting to 600 x 400?
that is what I do.

This is a simple way of doing it and it's all free . Just browse your picture file , click on the pic. you want 
and then make it 50% smaller (this usually works) . You must then file the smaller pic. back to your computer by clicking on the disc  pic (file it)  and the smaller version will be either filed in your 'downloads' folder or your picture folder depending on where you wish to file the smaller image. Hope this helps  :)
