If it is a Ysart piece it is Vasart and not Monart or Strathearn. The base is indicative of a Vasart finish on small posy bowls and the likes.
Not the clearest of picture of the bow,l can not make out the colours of the posy bowl.

Its lilac and has aventurine running through it.  The bottom part has flecks of blue in it.  Have added another pic

The third picture does not enlarge, but I am confident that it is Vasart.

Yes,  I agree with Gary  - definitely Vasart - I have one in a different colourway but same shape, base etc.
