The vase measures 24cm tall and the bowl/pot a tad over 9cm tall. The both have applied dots but the bowl/pot also has flowers. The bases are pretty flat with a slight concave centre. They look Bohemian or French to me.

Your examples are indeed Bohemian, and indications are that they originated from refiners in the Novy Bor Region ca 1920-30.  See the link below for an image from one of the stops of the 2011-12 Tango Exhibition.   Nice examples of the work.

Thanks Craig, I did have a hunch that they were Bohemian. They are pretty items, very lightweight glass and easily damaged I would guess.
