Curious old wine glass help !

Hello all
Please help with this curious wine glass - it is 13 cm high and the foot is 7 cm wide. Foot is hollow as pictured. Greyish color with distinct lilac/amethyst tint which doesn't show really in photos. Light glass, rings well. Very striated glass and the attachment between top and bottom as pictured I find unusual. Inside the bowl is domed. Any assistance or hints welcome.
