came across this looking for something else -
It reminds me of Ukrainian folk glass that I have seen.

I'm really not sure about the polished pontil mark though which I would assume is not on the pieces I have seen (no bases shown but they are old and I wouldn't suspect a polished pontil mark on them) , but the rigaree and design does.

Just something else to look up if you can find anything. There doesn't seem to be much on the net.

Lots and lots of rigaree makes my guts suspect Spain.
I deny all personal responsiblity for my guts.  ;)

although the other thing that was bugging me was the neck and rim and I've just thought of what it reminds me of and that is Czech glass candle holders - 60s.
And that polished 'pontil mark' is in fact a flat polished base isn't it? My eyes deceived me.
mm, maybe not Ukrainian, or Spanish Sue?

I'm not too sure about that olive-y green being Spanish, or the thick neck.
The Spanish stuff does tend to be of more traditional shapes, bottles, carafes and decanters, covered with lots of extra rigaree, and not neccessarily very thick glass.

There has been a vase on here recently where one of the artists posted I think? that had the joined up dimples inside.
Yugoslavian glass maybe?

Will try and find it.
