Monart GB. ID = Shape O, not GB
« on: May 15, 2014, 10:00:43 PM »
Here is my latest Monart purchase - a GB shape bowl size VI (8.5" diameter)
Slightly different shape applied foot to the one on Ysartglass , very rich orange colour, looks like it has aventurine in it but it is just lots of tiny bubbles.

Nice bowl Roberta but not shape GB but shape O. Shape O is one of my favourite Monart bowl shape, such simple elegance and well proportioned from the smallest to the largest size bowl.

OOOOOOO

Thanks for that Gary, difficult to tell sometimes with the angles of the pictures!
Has GB got a deeper bowl?

The GB bowl has a shaped foot and is much more deeper where as the O shaped bowl has an applied foot and much shallower. :)
