Could you please tell me what company and what country made this cool decanter. The home it came from was totally mid century modern was built in the 50's and totally furnished at that time.The people never updated. Measures 22 1/2" tall. An thing you can tell me would be greatly appreciated. The stopper is hollow inside hand blown partialy polished bottom
