White and Blue 'Sea' Paperweight.

Does anyone recognise this weight. No luck finding anything about it so far. It has a highly polished base. I say 'sea' as it looks like a whitecap on the sea. There is a blur on the side that is either a rub or a name/maker that I can't work out. Thanks

Looks at least similar to a Caithness Moonbeam.

I just didn't consider Caithness at all for some reason ?? The name/maker on the side is now a rub lol.  Thanks Wuff.
