Red Hooped Riihimaki Vase ???

Got this from a Carboot Sale on Sunday for 50p....Did not think it was Riihimaki because i had never seen this design before......
but the colour and thickness of the glass all matches perfectly....
Can anyone Confirm ?

Cannot confirm, sorry, I have never seen one either.

You are not mentioning any measurements. Also - is it cased?
