Whilst I am most confident with paperweights, I also have some other glass :D. This includes a Bertil Vallien Artist Collection vase 89607. Right now there is also one on http://www.ebay.ch/itm/301040878615 - with a signature completely different to mine: "all caps" as compared to the "handwriting" of mine. Are there any conclusions which can be drawn from this, like year of manufacture (or at least time frame), who actually made this piece, ..., or was it just pure chance how such pieces were signed?

I have Vallien Artist collection piece signed in a similar manner to yours and some with all caps so nothing to cause concern.
