Glass Roots Studio paperweight 1985

Cannot find much about the studio google shows one in New Jersey and one in Canada?
Anyone come across one before a search one here brings nothing up.

The only piece I have handled was this perfume, I had the same trouble trying to find information on the maker: https://picasaweb.google.com/Johnmj100/MiscellaneousGlass#5686673290047413218

I assumed it was the Jersey studio which looks similar to a charitable concern, promoting the arts amongst the disenfranchised.

Thanks John my guess would probably American found quite a few including that one bit none appear to have been around in '85 is your bottle dated.
