Large murano dish - bowl. ID = Flygsfors, Coquille series
« on: August 07, 2014, 06:14:38 PM »
Hi Guys,

I bought this bowl this afternoon. I can not read the inscription... Is it Flyqiforno, I presume not, because I can't find anything about it. On the other side it says something like Gaggidale...
I presume it's 1960's - 70's Murano, because it has got something of the Somerso vases. The weight is 5 kilo. 36 long, 27 wide and 26 high.

Looking forward for the answers! Have a nice evening all!

Made by Flygsfors Coquille sereis designed by Paul Kedelev sometime between 1949 and 1956. Could have been made later of course but before 1974 when Orrefors took over Flygsfors

Spelling corrected
