Can someone please help me to identify the  this signature on the base a large glass vase which seems to be from the 60's or 70's.

Welcome from me too. Please resize high-res pictures so that the longest dimension is about 700 pixels and then attach them to the board. You have to be signed in to Google to see images on flickr and images hosted off board tend to disappear in the future and are no longer available for us to refer back too - this is a reference site too.
