Strombergshyttan vase

Hi,  I have just bought a nice little vase. I know its Strombergshyttan but dont know anything else.  Its about 8cm tall very thick glass with a swan etched on the front and the base is signed Strombergshyttan 1023/323. Can anyone tell me more about it.  Thanks for your help
