Got these today, a set of six 5oz tumblers, which will be used  ::) are they around the mid 1950's do you think ?  all etched with the logo seen on the front of the box, ;D

Still can't put a date on these but have seen single glasses going for £24.99 so it looks like I got a good deal !  ;D ;D

Have you checked the box carefully - there may be a code that indicates a printing date

The only numbers are on the side of the box next to the pattern name 'Lismore' 600-318 which I presumed was the pattern number, ;D

Really popular pattern keith, an easy seller, i have never seen that etch mark on Waterford glasses and your right they need to be used. ;)

 ;D ;D Will be using them (one ) tonight, Scottish single malt in Irish crystal  ;D  Heard from Waterford, they said the Lismore pattern finished in 2006 but the box looks a lot older.

I have the 1963 catalogue and the Lismore range is certainly in there. It was Waterford most successful range and my guess be that your box was from the 1970s.
